FIT software for research and development
The machine can be equipped with FIT software. Using a USB connection to the machine, the software analyses the forces of compression, pre-compression, ejection and tablet detachment from the ejection scraper, and the upper and lower punch displacement, with extreme precision.

The compact three layers rotary tablet press PZ-TRE is a compact mid size rotary tablet press that fullfills GMP and FDA (CFR 21 part 11) regulation. This machine has been designed for the production of the three layers tablets with control of the compression force of all three groups of pressure, allowing individual adjustment of weight and the reject of the single tablet out of limits set. All this had been achieved by maintaining the overall small dimension of the machine, so as to be suitable even for laboratory use, allowing to produce single layer, double layer and three layers tablets
Turret change (built-in)
Optional system for an speedy extraction of the turret by use of arm integrated in the body of the machine and the substitution of the central part that is built in one single piece avoiding the use of dies.

Thanks to an external charger for the cores and a loading system, the PZ-TRE Mini is capable of producing tablet-in-tablet tablets with both the core completely covered inside the final tablet and with the core exposed on the top of the tablet. All the different configurations can be set through a specific function of the control software.
FTA software for research and development
Possible of being equipped with the additional FTA software that allows the graphic display, analysis and export of the force values for each single tablet produced.
