V-FILL LVP - Filling and Stoppering Machine for Oxigen Sensitive Product
The filler machine performs a vacuum-nitrogen cycle to reduce the oxigen level inside the container. A dedicated sensor monitors 100% of the production. The filling machine is capable of filling and closing glass bottles (from 50 ml to 1000 ml). The machine has a special design that allows to treat oxygen-sensitive products and reduce the level of oxygen below 0.2 ppm. The new generation of filling head and vacuum capping (PATENTED) will grant the best monitoring and process on the bottles, with the lowest consumption of nitrogen or inert gas and the best machine performance with the smallest footprint.
