AP - Intermittent Motion Overwrapper with Plate or Belt Sealing
The CAM model AP overwrapper has been designed to pack cosmetic, food and confectionery products at medium and high production speeds. The AP machine guarantees a perfect wrap, ease of format changeover and reliable performance, even when using remarkably fine wrapping materials with difficult handling properties. Products are fed on a conveyor and a minimum load photocell activates, stopping the machine in-phase.
The perfect and tight wrap is guaranteed by intermittent motion grippers which transfer the wrapping film to the cutting station, counter pusher to put pressure onto the product during the lifting phase and accurate design of the wrapping unit.
RV - High Speed Continuous Motion Overwrapper with Belt Sealing
CAM automatic overwrapper "RV" has been designed to meet the high speed packaging requirements of cosmetic, food and confectionery industry and is capable of handling thin films. The RV offers high efficiency and is extremely simple for size change-over.
The "RV" is equipped with digital adjustment of the film cut off length and print registration of the wrapping material (option) whilst the machine is running. Simple lightweight change parts mean that size change-over can be made by operators in a matter of minutes. Options include: - CFR quick size change-over facility for Servo size changing of the main machine functions; print registration; tear-off tape application and coding for over printing information on the wrapper.
