The saturated steam sterilizers DLV CAB type are suitable for the widest variety of application in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Food Industry and in the Laboratories.
DLOV Series - Saturated Steam Sterilizer
De Lama DLOV are the most versatile steam autoclaves designed to meet the widest requirements of the Pharmaceutical Industry. DLOV series autoclaves exploit an extensive operational flexibility enabling their usage for a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications.
They are the ideal equipment to process the materials used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, cosmetic and food industry, in laboratories and in research institutes.
Chamber is built either in cilindrical or square shape, for horizontal operation. Available configurations range from the basic steam sterilization to the combined air/steam mixture suitable for deformable containers or pre-filled syringes.
Autoclaves components are of the highest quality and reliability, worldwide available for ease of replacement and to assure the longest equipment lifespan.
DLVPH-ST - H2O2 Sterilizer in High Vacuum and Zero Air with HYPERPURE Technology
De Lama has developed an innovative process starting from its many years of experience in the sterilization field: Low temperature sterilization technology with Hydrogen Peroxide under deep vacuum and zero air.
HyPerPure® Sterilization technology is a proprietary solution by De Lama operated with De Lama DLVHP/ST equipment. It’s a low-temperature sterilization process representing the real alternative to ETO (Ethylene Oxide) and Gamma Rays sterilization, and offering important advantages compared to these more traditional techniques.
Thermo-labile finished products can be fully sterilised in the most recessed cavities.
The peculiarity of the use of the vacuum technology allows gas full penetration into the widest variety of packaging. Vacuum system is composed by multiple step high vacuum system to allow the most effective sterilization phase and gas removal at cycle end.
DLOAV Series - Air/Steam Mixture Sterilizer
Air/steam mixture sterilizer DLOAV series was specially designed to perform sterilization treatment of large volume infusion/parenteral solutions packed both in non-deformable containers (e.g. glass bottles) as well as in containers deformable by differential pressure under heat exposure (e.g. PVC, PE, PP bottles or bags).
Chamber is built in cilindrical shape for horizontal operation.
Autoclave is suitable even for pasteurization treatment of packed food products.

DLOS Series - Superheated Water Sterilizers
De Lama superheated water circulation sterilizers, with spray distribution system, DLOS series, are specially designed to perform sterilization treatment of large volume infusion/parenteral solutions packed both in non-deformable containers (e.g. glass bottles) as well as in deformable containers (e.g. plastic bottles, plastic bags) able to withstand sterilization conditions by hot water spray.
Chamber is available in cilindrical horizontal execution.
Autoclave is suitable even for pasteurization treatment of packed food products.
DLOG Series - Ethylene Oxide Sterilizers
De Lama ethylene oxide sterilizers DLOG series are specifically designed to perform sterilization of temperature sensitive products.
Main applications:
- syringes, defluxers, catheters, cartridges for dialysis
- plastic articles
- bandages, sutures
- furnitures, archives and books
De Lama autoclaves, DLOG series, work above atmospheric pressure and are designed to operate with a sterilant having a typical EtO concentration of 10% and 90% CO2. Chamber is available in horizontal execution. Atex execution upon request.
DLST/L Series - DHS - Dry Heat Ovens for Sterilization and Depyrogenation Class
The dry heat sterilizers DLST/L type (Class 100 – ISO 5) are cGMP designed to meet the widest requirements of the Pharmaceutical Industry and to perform following treatments:
- Sterilization: reduction of microorganisms and their by-products by up to 12 log (temperature range: 160÷180°C)
- Depyrogenation : destruction of pyrogens and endotoxins inside the materials (temperature range: 250÷300°C)
The dry heat sterilization is a not polluting process, which does not give any problem of wastes or inconvenients for the environment or for the personnel. In the meantime this process fulfils the more rigorous requirements of bacterial levels reduction.
Possibility to foresee oven execution to withstand operating temperatures up to 300°C in continuous service by use of HEPA filters with special sealant.
Chamber is available in horizontal execution.
